COVE THE CRAFTER
Cove is a total powerhouse - literally and metaphorically.
This double axel, long wheelbase Crafter has 720 watts of mounted solar, 600AH of lithium batteries, a 2600 watt inverter and an additional portable, folding Enerdrive solar panel to move around to get the best of the sun’s rays.
Although there is also 240v mains plug in and charger, everything in Cove (including the air conditioning and washing machine) is built to be completely off-grid and self sufficient and the elegant Simarine display means you can monitor your onboard water storage, battery levels, charging levels and the input and output of all your devices in real time. As they say, knowledge = power 😉
There is a custom ensuite shower with ABI hardware and Thetford cassette toilet, a wall mounted washing machine, a Compact Innovations lifting bed completed with brushware, lighting both above and below the bed, double induction cooktop, 130L Bushman fridge, 100mm RV Labs handles, ducted air conditioning, diesel heating and hot water service, two Sirocco fans, Fiamma awning, skylight, full length rear and side door flyscreens, two swivel seats in the front cabin, a relaxed dining area that doubles as a desk with a lifting, shifting table top and a second office area with monitor mounting and a Lagun swivel table that actually has three mounting locations - driver’s seat office area, behind the passenger seat and an external option at the kitchen at the sliding door.
Cove’s owners added to the above with awesome accessories including Front Runner telescopic ladder, Starlink satellite internet, tow bar and a 360 degree set of BFA window covers (Burleigh Beige on the inside and Coastal Charcoal on the external facing side).
As with all our builds, it has been completed with our signature three stage sound deadening and insulation, including trims finished with with Car Builders stretch carpet, and it comes with all campervan certification required including electrical and engineering certificates, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
She’s ready to go and not look back.
